Addicted

I made out like a bandit at the fabric store over the past weekend. I think that buying fabric could become a serious addiction for me. I always wondered who in their right mind would buy designer shoes or purses, etc. etc., and quite frankly looked down on these poor souls.

Well, now I am one of them, not so much as batting an eyelash when it comes to a fat quarter sale. Doesn't it all just look so yummy and full of possibilities!? Be still my heart!

Wow, Sarah. I have to tell you, I'm lusting after these fabrics. I don't know how to manipulate them like you do, but they are BEAUTIFUL! If you need to practice a cute apron pattern, I'm your gal!!! :) Can't wait to see what comes from these lovelies...

I'm thinking of starting a support group. It seems everyone I've met in this sewing world has the SAME problem. hmmm, go figure!

I was just thinking today that I am procrastinating some of my bags to sell. I realized it's because I don't want to part with the fabric. I just love looking at it so much!

A fat quarter sale sounds like a very, very dangerous thing! I love every single piece of fabric you bought!

Mmmmm... fabric.
I have never really been addicted to anything before, until I started sewing. I can't stop wanting more and more. Love your choices!

I know exactly what you mean. I think I have most of those fabrics in my FQ stash too! I love Amy Butler and all those cute bright and funky fabrics!

P.S. I like to plan projects and buy fabric more than I like to quilt too, but after you get over the initial fear, it's not too bad.
