"Slow and steady wins the race," that's what my mom always says. I'm not sure if that applies to my rather stagnant quilting hobby as of late, but I'll try not to be too hard on myself. The "Urban Amish" quilt I'm making for Jakob and Jessica is still en route to completion as is last summer's "Stack-N-Whack" (how embarrassing). 27 days until graduation and then I can quilt to my heart's content.

If it makes you feel any better, I have a quilt that I started in 1998 that I still haven't finished yet.

I thought you were making me want to take up quilting, but I've changed my mind. Your eye for fabrics and patterns would put me to shame, so I guess I'll have to stick to knitting. Gorgeous stuff!!!
No, no, no, friend! It's easy to make fabric selections when you're working with a fabulous pool of prints. You just have to find the designers you like and then it is beyond simple. Trust me!
:-) I cant wait!!
Those fabrics are just stunning! I'm so happy to be done with school so I can start getting crafty again! :)
