Crab Cakes

I've been meaning to pursue the joy of cooking this summer, so I thought I'd get the ball rolling with some homemade crab cakes. Real Simple had a "Fake It, Don't Bake It" recipe this month that I thought was worth giving the old college try.

Crab meat, potato chips, tartar sauce, dijon mustard, black pepper, and butter...it's as simple as that...real simple. Hauna, Amy, and I had them with corn bread, green beans, wine, and some avocado dipping sauce. Here they are, pictured in all their scrumptious glory.

I am SUPER impressed by your cooking skills Sarah! I might just have to try to make those some time myself! You've inspired me...
