Birthday Party for a One Year Old | Part 2

And what birthday is complete without a personal-sized cake for the guest of honor? I bought some 6-inch round pans, found some blue food coloring, and went to town. A sweet little cake for a sweet little boy.

In classic form, he started off cautiously intrigued and eventually ended up covered in cake. What a sweet little love!

  4. Sarah, why do you have to live so far away? We really want to hang out with you guys. Happy Birthday, Soy-Sauce. You've got a good mamma (I'm sure your papa is a keeper, too).

  5. By the way, a book to consider adding to your library (not that you asked):

  6. Wow Sarah, he looks like you! In the first shot of course, not the one where he is smearing his face with cake... unless you do that too? ;-) Hope you had a lovely day, Sam xox
