I feel the same way! I did what felt like 15 loads of laundry on Friday and here I am doing more today...and it's only Tuesday! How many things can me and my Hubby dirty up in just 4 days! Geez oh Pete!
I used to think that laundry was annoying. Then I moved into my current apartment, and now have to fight for the washer with the ONLY OTHER TENANT in our building, who does AT LEAST FIVE LOADS OF LAUNDRY A DAY.
I won't go so far as to say I enjoy laundry, but it's not my least favorite chore to do. I'll take running up and down our back stairs five times in one day over cleaning the bathroom (especially the floor and tub - blech!) any day!
And isn't it frustrating that the very minute you are done it starts piling up again?
At least we have it far better than the women of yesteryear when it was a whole day, physically exhausting process...and you had to make your own lye soap!
What a great picture! I have three kids, so I'm never really done with laundry. It's an endless, thankless cycle. Maybe I'll try pasting a smile on next time I do it, and see if that helps.
me too!!
ReplyDeleteThat's hilarious!

ReplyDeleteI might have that enthusiasm too if my washer and dryer were right next to my kitchen sink! Talk about convenient...
ReplyDeleteI hate laundry and it never ends! With two growing boys it seems like there are always mountains!!!
ReplyDeleteI awarded you an award, stop by my blog, its a post or two down.
I love this picture. Too bad that's not how I look either!
ReplyDeleteI love watching all your fun projects. I nominated you for a blogger award on my blog. Check it out! Take care, Vivian Love
